Do you feel that your Perks installation team members were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and presented well? Yes, absolutely! From what I have seen thus far we made a great decision by choosing Perks & Provisions to manage our breakroom! The installation team was good but definitely not great. I hope this was just an off day for them. They were just okay. They were okay, but there were some issues. Please have my Client Representative contact me to discuss my concerns. No, they were not any of those things. I am very dissatisfied.	Was the equipment you received what you believe you were promised by your Client Representative? Yes - the equipment was exactly as promised and even more! The equipment was not exactly what we were promised, but we are happy with the equipment we received. Not really - but a coffee brewer is a coffee brewer. We are fine with the equipment we received. The equipment was nothing like we were promised and we are disappointed with what we received. We need to make some changes. We are very unsatisfied with the equipment we received and need to speak to our Client Representative about getting different equipment.
What condition do you feel that your equipment was in when you received it? Excellent condition - it looks brand new and really compliments our breakroom area! Good condition - it obviously is not a new piece of equipment but we are very happy with it. Fair condition - it has a few slight imperfections but we are fine with it. Poor condition - it has several imperfections and does not fit into the décor of our breakroom. Bad condition - I can not believe you would place this equipment in my breakroom. Have my Client Representative contact me about replacing it.	Does your company regularly rely on any other breakroom supply providers? If so, please tell us how many. No, Perks & Provisions is our only Breakroom Management Company. We use 1 other breakroom supply providers, but plan to have Perks provide these items to us going forward. We use 2 or more other breakroom supply providers and may look into Perks providing some of the items for us in the future. We use several other breakroom supply providers and have no plans to source these items through Perks. I am not sure how many providers we currently use.
Do you feel that the entire Perks Team worked to make the installation a success for you and your team? Yes, my Client Representative was very helpful and worked with me prior to the installation to ensure that I had all items needed for my team to enjoy our new service. There were no surprises for me to deal with so that made our installation a pleasure! All-in-all, I would say that the installation was a success. I did not receive a couple items, but we can still utilize our new equipment with no problem. Several issues arose during the installation but the Perks Team worked diligently to resolve them right away so if turned out great in the end. No, there were numerous issues that occurred during the installation. No one from Perks has discussed them with me or offered me any resolutions. Absolutely not, the installation unsuccessful. We still have many unresolved issues. Please have my Client Representative contact me to discuss.	How likely would you be to refer someone to Perks & Provisions? Absolutely, I rave about Perks all the time Probably, if I knew they were looking Only if someone asked Probably not, even if I was asked Absolutely not
