Breakroom Emergency

If your are experiencing a breakroom emergency such as, a leaking piece of equipment, a malfunctioning brewer or vending machine please call our dedicated client care line at (214) 826-HELP or (214) 826-4357.

If your coffee brewer is leaking water you will need to find the water supply valve. This valve is located behind the brewer and only requires a 90 degree turn to completely turn off the water supply. If you are unable to locate the water supply valve please immediately call the client care line and an associate will guide you through the process.

Water leaks in an office breakroom can be very expensive. Perks recommends all coffee brewing equipment be installed with leak detecting devices that can sense a water leak and immediately turn off the water supply to the equipment.
